Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What insurance plans do you accept?

We will submit to all insurance providers. Many insurance companies still provide ample out-of-network coverage for services rendered at our office. Our staff can assist you in determining your eligible benefits and coverage. We recommend that you also contact your insurance carrier with any specific questions. Please call the office to get the most current information to determine in-network benefits.

Q. What are your fees?

We will provide a written estimate on the recommended dental procedure(s) once the patient is examined by one of the dentists.

Q. Do you accept payments?

We offer an out of office financing program through CareCredit. Patients are welcome to fill out a credit application in our office or can visit CareCredit online at https://www.carecredit.com/go/235QSX.

Q. What are your office hours?

Alliance office
Monday & Wednesday: 8-5
Tuesday & Thursday: 7-3
Closed Friday

Canton office
Monday & Tuesday: 8-5
Wednesday: 7-1
Thursday: 7-3
Friday: 8-1

Q. What do I do in the event of an emergency that occurs during non-business hours?

One of our dentists is always available to consult with regular patients of the office. Each office has the emergency number to contact the dentist on call if an after hours emergency occurs. The number can be heard by listening to the recorded message.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy, we ask that you give our office at least a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. If two or more appointments are cancelled or broken, the office may charge for the missed appointment and may limit your ability to schedule appointments in advance.

Q. Do I need my previous dental records?

If you have had x-rays taken within the last two years, it will be helpful for us to have them. Often times the patient will have to contact the previous office and give written consent for the records to be forwarded. If a considerable amount of dental work has been done by another office, the treatment notes will also be beneficial to us as well.

Q. What type of x-ray systems do you use?

We use all digital-based x-ray systems. This allows us to use the absolute minimum amount of radiation compared to traditional x-rays and also allows us to manipulate the images in a manner that cannot be done with film x-rays. We also use cone beam technology with one of our machines that allows us to see the oral structures in a 3D image.

Q. Since you are a group practice, do I see the same dentist every time?

Yes, we will make every attempt to always have you see the same dentist every time as well as the dental hygienist.
